Our story begins in 1974, when Chad’s grandfather, Smitty, added the roofing trade to his already established construction business. Once Chad was old enough to hold a hammer, he learned invaluable skills throughout the construction trades by watching & observing his grandfather and then later, by watching & observing
his uncles. Fast forward to now and it is our greatest honor to honor the man who influenced Chad’s life in such an impactful way by naming our Roofing & Construction business after him.
Smitty’s work ethic, attitude & professionalism is the framework for our own roofing company. We aim to always do the job right the first time by providing professional service and impeccable quality in product and workmanship.

Chad & Taylor have been married since 2006. They have their hands in a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors and enjoy spending their “free” time in the mountains of Colorado.
