We had an excellent experience with them. Chad and Taylor went above and beyond, and were personally involved in every step of the process of our roof replacement. When other companies threw up their hands when we didn't get approved for financing through their in-house financing company, we thought we were going to have to pay for it entirely out of pocket. However, Smitty's worked with us to find a company who could help, and that's indicative of every interaction we had with them. We will be using them again in the future for any home services in the future.

Our experience from beginning to end was SO easy. Our insurance company started out wanting to pay basically nothing....and with the help of Smittys excellent personnel we were able to get right at the total of the original bid for roof replacement.This isn't to exclude the personal involvement on their part from the onset. They were always easy to get ahold of.....always answered a text call or email within minutes.....oversaw the crew and made sure cleanup was acceptable and gave the entire (what can be a stressful process) task a flawless and stress-free experience for us.They also performed every phase of the roofing job as they explained and were all very timely down to the exact day.They also treat you as your job is the only job they are dealing with and it makes you feel 100% confident!!I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Brian Karmy with Smitty’s Roofing was the best General Contractor we’ve had! Besides getting our roof fixed and approved by our insurance, he handled getting crews to repair all of the other storm damage such as our metal building , carports, screens, gutters and metal work. We liked their work and ethics enough I have sent him to both of my elderly parents. Brian even stopped by after the baseball size hail we had later to make sure everything was ok.We will use them again if needed.

I guess I will jump on the bandwagon of satisfied Smitty's Roofing & Construction customers. It was great to work with Chad, Taylor, and Chad's father Mike. They explain the procedure to you, so you know everything is going as planned. Chad believes in doing things the right way. Chad also believes that insurance companies should pay to restore your property to the way it was before the damage occurred. Chad is like hiring an attorney to represent you, to settle your claim. My roof, vents, flashing, gutters, and screens were repaired to my satisfaction. I only had to pay my depreciation, not a penny more. 3 weeks after I settled up with Chad, I discovered another damaged screen. Chad had it repaired and returned it to me, no questions asked. I will gladly recommend Smitty's Roofing & Construction.

I highly recommend Smitty's Roofing. Allstate was only going to pay for half a roof! Chad kept on them through 4 different insurance reps until we got an entire roof, a patio cover, water leaks fixed, window screens, painting for 3 rooms, repairs and painting outside trim, a fireplace cap, and a new HVAC system! He handled all the contractors. We didn't have to do anything. Don't accept the first payment insurance wants to give you! Call Chad and he will get you lots more. He is honest and doesn't cut corners. He let us know everything that was being done during the process. We will use him again.

Chad Norris helped us with our hail damaged roof. He was a real champion for us! He dealt with the insurance company and walked us through the whole process. I barely did anything. Now I have a beautiful new roof on both my home and my detached garage. I would definitely recommend him. He is honest and reliable and was definitely looking out for us when going back and forth between the insurance company that tried to short change me on many things. If it had not been for Chad, I don't think we would have had such a positive outcome. I would suggest being patient and let him work his magic with the insurance company. He is very knowledgeable in his field and really fights for the consumer to get what is rightfully due. He is genuinely a nice and patient person as well. This was an all around positive experience. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
