Thanks to Smitty's Roofing and Construction, I now have a new roof on my home, workshop, and barn. As roofing contractors, Chad and Taylor Norris went above and beyond to accomplish this. They negotiated with the insurance company, took care of every minute detail and completed the job with utmost perfection! Their honesty and integrity are second to none! Throughout the entire process, they treated me like family--they did the work, and I reaped the benefits! I will be forever grateful to Chad and Taylor. I guess I will jump on the bandwagon of satisfied Smitty's Roofing & Construction customers. It was great to work with Chad, Taylor, and Chad's father Mike. They explain the procedure to you, so you know everything is going as planned. Chad believes in doing things the right way. Chad also believes that insurance companies should pay to restore your property to the way it was before the damage occurred. Chad is like hiring an attorney to represent you, to settle your claim. My roof, vents, flashing, gutters, and screens were repaired to my satisfaction. I only had to pay my depreciation, not a penny more. 3 weeks after I settled up with Chad, I discovered another damaged screen. Chad had it repaired and returned it to me, no questions asked. I will gladly recommend Smitty's Roofing & Construction.

These guys took care of my roof, gutters, exterior paint and did a fantastic job. Everyone involved were easy to work with and went above and beyond the scope of work. Would definitely recommend Chad and his crew to work on your house!

Thank you Chad and Taylor Norris. You were so helpful in getting our new roof approved by our insurance company after some hail damage. You went over and above helping with a rent property too. That was a lot of work, new roof, decking, gutters, screens, Air Conditioner replaced and shed repaired and your follow up was great. Your workers were very professional and knowledgeable. Overall everything was exceptional! I would highly recommend this company.

Chad is your man if looking for your roof to be replaced. He for sure will help you through every step. He is very professional and responsible . He responds to all you question and does not mind if you text him on his cell phone. He provides great quality work. I have referred several clients to him and he has been able to help them through getting their roof done also. He is so positive and he will go the extra mile for his clients. Work is done in a timely manor and clean up is exceptional . He is very kind and we are so happy we choose him to do our work . He never had a problem with all my questions. I highly recommend Smitty's Roofing. Allstate was only going to pay for half a roof! Chad kept on them through 4 different insurance reps until we got an entire roof, a patio cover, water leaks fixed, window screens, painting for 3 rooms, repairs and painting outside trim, a fireplace cap, and a new HVAC system! He handled all the contractors. We didn't have to do anything. Don't accept the first payment insurance wants to give you! Call Chad and he will get you lots more. He is honest and doesn't cut corners. He let us know everything that was being done during the process. We will use him again.

Chad Norris helped us with our hail damaged roof. He was a real champion for us! He dealt with the insurance company and walked us through the whole process. I barely did anything. Now I have a beautiful new roof on both my home and my detached garage. I would definitely recommend him. He is honest and reliable and was definitely looking out for us when going back and forth between the insurance company that tried to short change me on many things. If it had not been for Chad, I don't think we would have had such a positive outcome. I would suggest being patient and let him work his magic with the insurance company. He is very knowledgeable in his field and really fights for the consumer to get what is rightfully due. He is genuinely a nice and patient person as well. This was an all around positive experience. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Chad was excellent to deal with in fixing my roof. He handled the discussions with insurance and was able to quickly facilitate the replacement of my roof, was prompt in response, and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

Chad was a pleasure to work with. From same-day roof inspection and helping make a claim with insurance, to being there for insurance inspections, following up with insurance, and quick installation, they made getting a new roof as stress-free as possible! Excellent customer service and quick response with any questions. I was kept up-to-date with everything happening and made fully aware of the process. 10/10 would recommend!
